Welcome to Maynard/Nashoba Renegades Cheer! Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we have decided to be a side-line only program this fall. Our focus this fall will be cheer basics (body positions, jumps, etc.), learning new sideline cheers, conditioning, and FUN! At this time, we anticipate practices to begin in late August. Because we will not be competing, we have decided against ordering new uniforms and teams instead will wear a custom cheer shirt, black leggings, and bows to football games.

Our coaches are required to go through an extensive training and certification process, including CDC Heads Up Concussion Training, AYF Safety and Health Training, Cheerleading Education Courses from AYF, Certifications from National Alliance for Youth Sports in Concussions and Bullying Prevention, and CPR/First Aid certification training. We are fortunate enough to work with professional USASF coaches for stunting clinics and choreography.



$125 per person which includes custom cheer shirt and bow

$100 Raffle Tickets per family



April 21st - Registration Opens

July 27 - Registration and Raffle Ticket Balance must be paid in full

Mid-late August- MANDATORY Paperwork hand in day

Practices begin -  After August 22nd (per Central Mass AYFC)

Players are to purchase their own white cheer sneakers and black leggings (please wait until after parent meeting).

REQUIRED PAPERWORK:   AYF and CMYFCC requires each participant to complete a variety of paperwork in order to participate. Paperwork will be distributed to teams once teams and coaches have been established.

NOTE: Prior to the first practice, all paperwork must be submitted and payments, including raffle ticket funds, must be paid in full.

REFUND POLICY:  Refunds must be made in writing and post marked before August 15, 2020.  Refund of registration fee minus $25 processing fee will be returned. No refunds are given on raffle tickets or once your child attends the first practice.

FAMILY VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS:  Each family is required to help out to make our kids' teams successful. During the registration process, please indicate which roles you would be interested in helping out with. We function as a team, and the more volunteers we have, the easier and more fun things will be!
